Hotel Don Luis Madrid

I chose this hotel for attending a symposium and found it to be a smoke-free hotel. It has a meeting room and is connected to the convention center, which was convenient for my work purposes.

The only service I missed for my work was the lack of Wi-Fi in the rooms.

The hotel offered excellent value for money with its affordable prices. The staff were friendly and made the check-in and check-out process really easy. The location of the hotel was also a major plus, as it was conveniently located near the main square with a variety of bars and restaurants to choose from.

The furniture in the room seemed a bit old and could use some updating. the sheets were clean, but the blanket wasn't as comfortable as I would have liked.

The room at Hotel Don Luis was so comfortable and cozy with the seasonal air conditioning and heating. The private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer was a great touch. As a frequent traveler, I truly felt at ease in the spacious, air-conditioned room.

I found the full bathroom a bit small for my liking.

The hotel is conveniently located near central plaza with plenty of restaurants to choose from. , it's close to a metro station and the Barajas square is a great place to dine. During my stay, I attended a music festival nearby and it was easy to walk to the venue from the hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was well equipped with basic amenities. The staff were friendly, helpful, and available 24/7.

Our youngest child had a blast playing in the ball pit and slides, while the older ones tried the virtual reality games. The staff was friendly and kept everything sanitized. It allowed my wife and me to relax while the kids had a great time.

My wife says that having a dedicated kids' menu at the hotel restaurant would have been helpful for picky eaters.

The hotel's proximity to the airport is a game-changer! It's like having the winning piece in a board game - quick and stress-free. I hopped off the 101 bus, just 100 meters away, and reached the airport in a breezy 5 minutes. It was the perfect start to my journey.
